New armored ventilator with anti-wear plates from chrome and tungsten carbide coating. The products passing through the ventilator are extremely abrasive! A 6 mm sheet of ordinary steel would be pierced in 3 to 4 weeks. It was therefore necessary to cover the entire static part as well as the ventilator wheel using these specially designed sheets.
This identical ventilator will be installed at the beginning of September by our maintenance team. It is intended to replace a machine which is already very damaged. This one will be reconditioned, as far as possible, in our plant.
